SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

Elevate Agency AI LLC offers two separate SMS/text messaging programs. Each program requires separate consent and serves different purposes:

Transactional Messages Program

This program delivers essential service-related communications, including:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Booking confirmations
  • Meeting follow-ups
  • Onboarding updates
  • Account notifications

Marketing Messages Program

This program delivers promotional and marketing communications, including:

  • Special offers
  • Service updates
  • New feature announcements
  • Promotional content

2. Consent & Opt-In

Your Consent Is Always In Your Control

By checking the consent checkboxes on our application form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Elevate Agency AI LLC at the phone number you provided.

  • Separate Consent: Each messaging program (transactional and marketing) has its own checkbox and requires separate consent. You may opt into one, both, or neither.
  • Not Required for Purchase: Consent to receive SMS messages is NOT a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Elevate Agency AI LLC.
  • Unchecked by Default: Both consent checkboxes are unchecked by default. You must actively check them to opt in.
  • Confirmation Message: After opting in, you will receive a confirmation text message acknowledging your enrollment in the program(s) you selected.

3. Message Frequency

The frequency of messages varies depending on the program:

  • Transactional Messages: Frequency varies based on your account activity, appointments, and service interactions. You will receive messages only when relevant to your account or scheduled appointments.
  • Marketing Messages: Up to 8 messages per month. Promotional messages are sent periodically and you can opt out at any time.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

  • Elevate Agency AI LLC does not charge you for receiving text messages from us.
  • Your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging and data rates according to your plan.
  • Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable charges.

5. How to Opt Out

Easy Opt-Out Anytime

You can opt out of our SMS programs at any time by following these steps:

  • Reply STOP: Text "STOP" to any message you receive from us to immediately unsubscribe from that messaging program.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a single confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
  • No Further Messages: After opting out, you will not receive any further messages from that program unless you re-subscribe.
  • Other Services Unaffected: Opting out of SMS does not affect your access to other Elevate Agency AI LLC services or your account status.

Note: If you opted into both programs, you will need to reply STOP to messages from each program separately to fully unsubscribe from all SMS communications.

6. How to Get Help

  • Reply HELP: Text "HELP" to any message you receive from us for assistance and program information.

7. Supported Carriers

Our SMS programs are compatible with all major US mobile carriers, including but not limited to:

  • AT&T
  • Verizon Wireless
  • T-Mobile
  • Sprint
  • US Cellular
  • And other regional and prepaid carriers

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network carrier and their policies.

8. Privacy & Data Sharing

Your Phone Number Is Protected

We take your privacy seriously. Regarding your phone number and SMS consent data:

  • No Sale: Your phone number and consent data will NOT be sold to any third parties.
  • No Sharing: Your phone number and consent data will NOT be shared with any third parties for their marketing purposes.
  • Limited Exception: Your phone number may only be shared with our SMS service provider solely for the purpose of delivering text messages on our behalf.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt into our SMS programs. By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are authorized to agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

10. Modifications

Elevate Agency AI LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our SMS programs at any time.

  • We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time.
  • Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
  • Your continued participation in our SMS programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
  • We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
